When the good folks at Jack Astor’s wanted to emphasize the hidden “Jackass” joke in their name, ETA was called in to create the iconic hillbilly mule that became their mascot. The chain has recently rebranded and they are phasing the little guy out, but he still has a place on their swizzle sticks, their kids’ menus, and in our hearts.
