OLSON HARDWARE

Here at ETA, we love great food almost as much as we love great design, so working with Chef Michael Olson was a perfect fit. Under his Olson Hardware brand, Michael takes vintage meat slicers, completely rebuilds and restores them and then powder coats them in sexy, hot rod colours. I think we need one of these beauties for the ETA kitchen.
